MLM Healthy Hair Signature Smoothies

3 big handfuls of Spinach

3 long carrots

1/2-1 large cucumber

1 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

1 green apple

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tsp amla powder (organic)

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Add water 2.5 cups (more or less to your desire)

3 big handfuls of 50/50 (spinach/spring mix)

1 banana

1 cup strawberries

2 celery

3 carrots

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds or chia seeds 

1 tsp of amla powder (organic)

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Add water 2.5 cups (more or less to your desire)

3 big handfuls of Spring mix

3 long carrots

1/2-1 large avocado

1 cup mixed fruits (frozen or fresh)

1 orange or citrus alternative

2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tsp amla powder (organic)

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Add water 2.5 cups (more or less to your desire)

Note:

-Daily, Drink at least 32 oz (about 10 oz 3 times per day) ... make it as a snack 

-Chop or dice ingredients to fit the size of blender/extractor that you have 

-Use organic ingredients if possible

-Add only add pinch of sweetener if desired yet we don’t recommend because sugary foods can hinder healthy hair growth...
